Microneedling and Mesotherapy
Microneedling and Mesotherapy in Durrington
At B-Unique Beauty, we offer Microneedling and Mesotherapy treatments in Durrington, Salisbury and surrounding areas for clients looking to address a wide range of skin concerns with a professional, results-driven approach.
Using the iMedpen, a professional-grade microneedling device, the treatment works by creating controlled micro-channels in the skin to stimulate the body’s natural collagen and elastin production. Every treatment at B-Unique includes additional services as standard, such as a bespoke chemical peel, calming bio cellular mask and LED phototherapy, all chosen specifically for your skin to maximise your results.
What sets our Microneedling apart is the ability to combine it with a range of advanced treatments including mesotherapy, exosomes, polynucleotides, chemical peels and radiofrequency, depending on what your skin needs. Every treatment plan is decided at consultation so you receive the right combination for your specific concern rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.
We welcome clients from Durrington, Amesbury, Tidworth, Salisbury and the wider Wiltshire area.

Why Clients Choose Microneedling at B-Unique
Every treatment at B-Unique is combined with additional services included in the price, such as a bespoke chemical peel, calming bio cellular mask and LED phototherapy where appropriate. The exact combination is chosen for your skin at consultation to make sure you get the best possible result from every session.
What is Microneedling?
Microneedling is a professional skin treatment that uses a device with fine needles to create tiny controlled channels in the skin. This triggers the skin’s natural repair process, stimulating collagen and elastin production to improve texture, tone and overall skin quality.
Is Microneedling painful?
Most describe a mild pricking or pressure sensation during treatment which is perfectly tolerable. Any discomfort passes as soon as the treatment is finished, and knowing the results are worth it tends to make it much easier to sit through.
How many treatments will I need?
This depends on your skin concern and the treatment combination we recommend. Most clients see the best results from a course of three to six sessions, spaced four to six weeks apart. We will give you a clear recommendation at your consultation.
Is there any downtime after Microneedling?
You can expect some redness and mild sensitivity for 24 to 48 hours after treatment, similar to mild sunburn. This settles quickly and most clients return to normal activities the following day. We will give you full aftercare guidance at your appointment.
Can Microneedling be combined with other treatments?
Yes, and this is often where the best results come from. Depending on your skin we may recommend combining your microneedling with mesotherapy, exosomes, polynucleotides or radiofrequency. This is always discussed and agreed at consultation first.
